Sinking not shrinking
Justine & Jacquie arrived at the ferry terminal where the boat was due to depart. Remarkably it didn’t require any walking; their feet never even touched the ground. ‘Boat’, too, was putting it mildly. In fact, the vessel was so huge that when they looked up at the towering masts and the mainsail and two funnels with white puffs of smoke coming out of them, it made them feel quite giddy.
‘We’re not going to need a bigger boat,’ Jacquie said, craning back his neck as far as it would go. ‘This one is—ample.’
