Spike Giveaway: Man Bites Murdoch
JA
October 22
Bruce Guthrie survived almost forty years in the fast-paced, gritty world of daily news before being unceremoniously sacked as editor of the Herald Sun in 2008 by media giant Rupert Murdoch. After suing (and winning) a wrongful dismissal case against News Ltd, he’s come out swinging with Man Bites Murdoch – an ‘explosive account’ of his many years in the trade.
To celebrate, MUP, along with Readings and Gleebooks, are hosting two special events in Sydney and Melbourne. We have 10 double passes to give away to each. To win, simply email your name and contact number with either ‘Bruce Guthrie Melbourne’ or ‘Bruce Guthrie Sydney’ (depending on which event you’d like to attend) in the subject line to jjmau@unimelb.edu.au by 5pm, Tues 26 Oct.
