It's amazing what you can do with a bit of gaffer tape and a few garbage bags these days. New York Magazine has done this short video profile on Joshua Allen Harris, a street artist who uses the air from subway exhausts to create some incredible but temporary, moving sculptures.

The things you can do with rubbish bags - too cool! I love the way it is so temporary depending on the trains underneath.

the sculptures are inflated by exhaust fumes, that which kills us brings them to life, the city controls their cycles. Beautiful.
