Humorous Erratum

Some funny errata slips from the blog world this week. I certainly spent a good while chuckling (and they are better than LOLcats).
From John Williams of The Second Pass blog, found in an old book he was about to sell:
Our apologies in advance for the number of typos the reader will encounter in this bound galley… The galley was prepared by a computer scanning technique from the original Bolton works and numerous typographical quirks resulted: a capital ‘G’ sometimes translated as a capital ‘C,’ for instance, so that ‘Good God’ became ‘Good Cod.’
From Felicity Books, found in a US edition of a book called Easy Sky Diving:
Please make the following correction: On page 8 line 7 ‘State zip code’ should read ‘Pull rip cord.’
From Felicity Books, found in Wines and Spirits by L.W. Marrison:
Coates & Co (Plymouth) Ltd, the sole makers of Plymouth Gin, point out that the special flavour is in no way due to the use of sulphuric acid. The author and publishers regret the inaccurate statements to the contrary which appear on page 252.
From Fine Press Book, an errata slip found in Bernard Shaw’s Flyleaves, which was printed in 1977 Henry Morris at the Bird & Bull Press:
