‘A Cork upon the Ocean: Meanjin and the Changing Context, 1940-2010’ is on tomorrow night at the University of Melbourne – come along as former editor Jim Davidson celebrates the journal’s 70th birthday, and pays tribute to the highs, lows, risks and small victories of literary culture in Australia.
This is a free, open lecture – all are welcome (even if you haven’t RSVPd).
When: Tues, 23 Nov 2010, 5.30pm (for 6pm start) – 7pm.
