Meanjin Seventy Year Crossword Challenge Closes

To celebrate Meanjin's seventieth birthday, David Astle has devised two brilliant crosswords - The Cryptic Story and The Straight Story - to boggle your minds. Solve the clues and use the answers to write a micro-story of 500 words to receive the grand prize: publication in the next issue of Meanjin plus a one year sub!
